Erasure Law

Under certain circumstances, Lumoscope may not have to comply with the above removal requirements. Lumoscope also reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to anonymize the posted content or information or to make such content or information invisible to other users and the public, instead of removing or deleting the content or information.

Social Media Features

Login

You can log in to our Services using third-party authentication services such as Google or Facebook. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Information with us, such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form.

Information You Share Socially

Keep in mind that the users who view any content you share (e.g. your profile or your messages) can always save that content or copy it outside the App. So, the same common sense that applies to the internet at large applies to Lumoscope as well: Don't share or make public any content that you wouldn't want someone else to save or share.

We have implemented a variety of technical and organizational precautions to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your Personal Information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access. These servers may be located in the United Kingdom, United States, or other jurisdictions. When transferring data outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK GDPR.
